MBG Terms & Conditions
1. The money back guarantee is applicable to UK, ROI & USA residents aged 18 years and over only, excluding employees of members of Walgreens Boots Alliance, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. If you are not satisfied that the result obtained from using your YourGoodSkin product(s), simply return the product(s) (including packaging) to us and we will refund you the actual price paid in accordance with these terms and conditions. We will refund you by way of cheque.
3. Purchase period for refunds: 1st November 2017 to 31st March 2018 (inclusive). Refund requests must be sent after 1 month and before 2 months of the date of purchase (as per the date printed on your till receipt/invoice/delivery note).
4. To obtain your refund complete the online form provided, with a statement no less than 15 words long of why you are dissatisfied with the result, print out and mail to:

Claims must include the original valid receipt/invoice/delivery note showing your purchase, including the bottle and the whole outer packaging.
5. You must wait until at least 28 days from the purchase date itemised on your till receipt/invoice/delivery note before making a claim.
6. Submissions for refunds which do not include the items listed in 4 above will be rejected and these items will not be returned. Any postage of such items is at your own cost however postage cost will be refunded up to the value of £3 UK, €3 ROI or $3 USA as specified on the parcel. Photocopied, illegible or defaced receipts/invoices/delivery notes will not be accepted.
7. Submissions for refunds must be received on or before 31st May 2018 and forms received after this date will be rejected.
8. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late submissions will not be accepted. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed forms and/or their contents.
9. No requests from groups, clubs, or organizations will be honoured.
10. Applications are limited to 1 application per household for 1 product only. Multiple claims will be rejected. Use of multiple addresses to obtain additional refunds is fraud and is strictly against the rules.
11. We will be responsible for the postage cost of sending the refund cheque to you.
12. We will use reasonable endeavours to provide refunds within 28 days of receipt of a valid claim together with the items listed in point 4 above.
13. This money back guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
14. We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond our reasonable control.
16. By submitting a refund request you will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.
17. Governing Law:
- For consumers based in the United Kingdom, English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
- For consumers based in the Republic of Ireland, the law of Ireland will apply all parties and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
- For consumers based in the USA, the laws of the State of Illinois apply and any and all disputes or claims that have arisen or may arise with respect to the promotion will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court, if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this agreement to arbitrate.
